Celestine is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located on the DUMBO waterfront, just under the Manhattan Bridge. DUMBO's dining scene, which has always been scattershot at best, inches further toward legitimacy with the announcement of another high-end eatery debuting this fall on the waterfront.
